These terms and conditions apply to orders placed via our online ordering platform. Please read them carefully before ordering, as they will apply to any orders you place. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse any order or booking where necessary.

Placing Orders

Your order confirmation is a record of our agreement to prepare and deliver (or make available for collection) the products ordered and paid for. If someone else placed the order on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.

We offer delivery services to local areas, subject to minimum order values. Details of our delivery area and any minimum spend requirements are displayed on our website during checkout.

When you place an order, you will receive confirmation on screen and via email. Please ensure the email address, delivery address, and telephone number you provide are correct, as these are required to fulfil your order.

Collection & Delivery Times

Collection orders are typically ready within 20-30 minutes, subject to availability and busy periods.

For delivery orders, estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. During peak times (typically Friday and Saturday evenings), delivery times may be longer. We will endeavour to meet the quoted delivery time, but delays may occasionally occur due to high demand or traffic conditions.

Delivery charges and minimum order values vary by location and are clearly displayed before you complete your order.

Latest Order Times

We are unable to accept orders less than 20 minutes before our stated closing time. If you are collecting, please ensure you arrive before closing time, as we may be unable to serve you after this time.

Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. Where an item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or adjust your order.

Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Important: Our food is prepared in kitchens where allergens are present. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens due to the risk of cross-contamination.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please do not order online. Instead, telephone the restaurant directly so we can discuss your requirements and ensure your safety.

Although every care is taken, some products may contain or have come into contact with nuts, gluten, dairy, or other allergens. Dishes containing meat or fish may contain bones.

Allergen information is available upon request in accordance with the Food Information Regulations 2014. Please contact us before ordering if you have any concerns.

Product Images

All images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary in appearance, colour, and presentation. Images are intended as a general indication only and do not form part of any contract.

Prices & Payment

Prices are as displayed on our website and may change from time to time. Changes will not affect orders already placed, unless due to an obvious error.

All prices include VAT at the applicable rate.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Cash on delivery/collection (where available)

Our delivery drivers carry limited change. Please have the correct amount ready for cash payments.

Card payments are processed securely by Ryft.

Cancellations & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have a right to cancel online orders. However, this right does not apply to orders for perishable goods or food prepared to your specification.

Once your order has been accepted and preparation has begun, cancellation is generally not possible.

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us by telephone as soon as possible. Cancellations made well in advance may be accommodated at our discretion.

Where a refund is due, it will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Complaints

We take pride in the quality of our food and service. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably on the same day.

For food quality issues, please retain the item in question if safe to do so, as this helps us investigate and improve.

Your Rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Loyalty Programme

If we operate a loyalty programme, additional terms may apply. Points or rewards have no cash value and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. We reserve the right to close accounts suspected of misuse.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the time of the offer. Codes cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be legally limited or excluded.

Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. You will be subject to the terms in force at the time of your order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
